This update brings with it a lot of UI implementation! 

Added a player menu and a second page to the player menu.

Added a control menu.

Added multiple UI windows related to crafting benches.

For now the game will automatically run in full-screen mode. We were getting reports that on 1080p displays the window would not size correctly with the taskbar.

0.5 will be focused on gathering and crafting!
